Head Coach: Roz Moller

Roz has been coaching for 12 years at the Caringbah Leisure Centre. As well as coaching Cronulla Swim Club age groupers to State and National level she is very active in the METSEA area as a development coach and squad co-ordinator. This winter Roz will coach the Areas State 10-12 year old swimmers. The National Open Water titles this february were very successful with one swimmer gaining a bronze in the 5km and another coming 7th in the 10km.

Roz has gained much knowledge during her coaching career studying the Cert1V in Training and Assessment and gaining NSW Coach/Swimmer scholarships and also attending an Australian Swim Camp.

Most recently Roz presented the Coaching Adult Swimmers course at the Aust Swimming Coaches National convention on the Gold Coast.

Assistant Head Coach: Allison Rowe

Allison is a bronze level coach and coach of the Junior Bronze at 4pm and Bronze (formerly Intermediate) squad at 5pm Monday to Thursday.

As Alli is a registered fitness professional she will be taking pilates on monday nights and a circuit group on wednesdays. These sessions are run in conjunction with squad and classes start srtictly at 6pm and run until 6.30pm. This is for the Gold/silver/bronze groups only

 

Junior Coach: Ashleigh DePena

Ash is a Junior swim coach and looks after the transition from Learn to swim to Junior squad. She also has just begun a dry land strength and conditioning session before junior squad on fridays. This is strictly for junior squad members only and runs for about 15 minutes. Ash is also an Australian Surf representative in beach sprinting and a personal trainer. She is also an Austswim learn to swim teacher.

Junior Coach: Lucy Mahoney

Lucy is currently coaching the Junior squad and is also a very accomplished surf swimmer. Lucy coaches the juniors part time in the afternoon along with her nursing studies. She also holds a bronze medallion in the surf and is an Austswim learn to swim teacher.

Junior Coach: Mary Wrigley

Mary is a junior squad coach also coming from the learn to swim background. Mary is an accomplished breastroker and has competed in severa National championships and also Pacific School Games. Mary is heavily involved in the Cronulla Swim Club as the recorder and is also a qualified timekeeper.

Adult Master Coach: Col Robson

Col coaches the adult squads at midday tuesday and thursday. He is a Silver level swim coach and also a tutor coach.
